Why Paris?
Paris was the first place we ever traveled together, and it’s a city we keep coming back to, like an old friend we can’t get enough of. It’s vibrant and quirky, just like us, but also quiet and charming when we need it to be. Paris is a little bit of everything—a city that lets you be whoever you want.
Is Paris safe?
Paris is a very safe place and you should feel comfortable there. With that said, with any large city, you should always exercise caution to avoid any trouble. Be aware of scammers, pick pockets, and tourist traps.
Do I need to speak French?
Most people in France speak English, especially in tourist areas, but it won’t hurt to know some key words and phrases. Google offers an excellent translation app that we highly recommend.
How should I pay for things?
We recommend using one of the many credit cards available that does not charge a foreign transaction fee. You can also order Euros from your bank if you prefer to use cash.
How many days should I come for?
We recommend arriving a day or two before our first event, to give yourself an opportunity to acclimate to the time difference. Afterwards, it is our hope that you are able to explore Paris and/or other parts of this corner of the globe. How long you stay is up to you!
Are children or additional plus ones allowed?
Due to our venue’s capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We hope you understand and enjoy the weekend to the fullest!
Why are you hyphenating your last names?
We’ve chosen to take each other’s name because it feels like the most authentic way to start this new chapter together. For us, it’s a way to honor both of our identities and everything that has shaped us. It’s a small gesture, but it means a lot—it’s about creating something new, and about building a family as equals.
Do you have a registry?
Yes! We are registered at Porsche. Our size is 911 GT3 Touring.
